This is a song I wrote about an old work jacket that my Dad gave me 20 years ago to keep in my touring van just in case I had to work on the transmission (or something).
I still keep it in my van and I wear it when I have a chore to do outside. Although he is no longer with me, I get the feeling that in his way, he is still looking out for me.
Special thanks to my Father-in-Law, Ray Carolus for taking over where he left off.
